Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 7 days.
Due to the nature of original artwork, all original pieces are non-refundable.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked services:
- Tracked 48 (UK)
- International Tracked
For shipping costs I'm using flat rates that include packaging materials.
Delivery times are estimates and actual times may vary due to customs or postal delays, so please be patient if your order is being late. All estimate information is provided by Royal Mail website.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me ASAP with photos, so we can come up with a solution.
Original artworks are packaged in protective sleeves and envelopes with hard backing.
