Refund policy

• Due to the nature of original artwork, all original pieces are non-refundable.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me ASAP with photos, so we can come up with a solution.
• Please be sure to only place an order once you've checked all the information and made sure it's correct, including delivery address. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
• If a package is returned to me, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
• If you wish to change the shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact me ASAP. I'd be able to change information only before the order is shipped.
